I’m a relative newcomer to Vancouver, joining SFU in 2019 as the Keith Beedie Chair in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. I spent two decades in the Silicon Valley and was honoured as a 2012 Woman of Influence by the Silicon Valley Business Journal. I serve on the advisory boards of GeoPogo and Intelenz and am Vice President of ISSIP -- The International Society of Service Innovation Professionals. My most recent research, speaking, and consulting focuses on the bottom-up application of automation.
