This is the first time in history with up to five decades represented in the workplace and sadly women have fallen victims of ageism. “Too young to know better” vs. “Too old to understand”. It's no doubt these labels might be overflowing into our decision making. Whether it’s around the water cooler or the boardroom table, it’s time to check outdated stereotypes at the door.
