Limited Capacity filling up

Traditional organizational gender diversity efforts often ignore women of color. Through personal stories and data, our panel will illustrate what we're missing when existing conversations around diversity and inclusion in tech leave out women of color. We will explore the experiences of immigrants, newcomers and people of varying cultural backgrounds as they navigate the rapid currents of the tech industry. We will propose ideas on how to best harness diversity and effectively include women of color and immigrants in your organizations.
